No payment is taken through this website and no account is needed. Please provide accurate contact and vehicle information so we can respond.
Your Quote And Appointment
The service scope, price, applicable taxes, any additional charges, location and appointment time must be agreed directly before work is arranged. Any quote depends on the vehicle, its condition and the service requested. If your requirements change, an updated scope or price may need to be agreed.
An appointment is confirmed only when Mackinze confirms it directly with you. Website films illustrate our work and do not guarantee identical results on every vehicle.
Access And Vehicle Information
Please tell us about the parking location, access restrictions and any relevant condition of the vehicle. Water, power, workspace and other practical requirements will be discussed before the visit. You must be authorised to arrange the requested work on the vehicle.
Where access, weather or the vehicle’s condition affects the planned service, contact us so arrangements can be discussed.
Changes And Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel a request or an agreed appointment, contact hello@mackinzedetailing.com as soon as possible. Any appointment-specific payment or cancellation conditions must be communicated before you agree to them. Submitting the enquiry form itself does not incur a cancellation fee.
Consumer Rights And Service Agreements
These enquiry terms do not replace a quotation or any service agreement. Where consumer law requires pre-contract information or cancellation and withdrawal rights for a service agreed at a distance or away from business premises, those rights apply and the relevant information must be provided before the agreement is made.
No statement on this website removes mandatory consumer rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
