Who Is Responsible
Mackinze Detailing is responsible for the personal information it receives and uses to manage your enquiry and detailing service. For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@mackinzedetailing.com.
Information We Use
When you enquire, we may receive your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, vehicle make and model, preferred service, preferred date, service location and the information you choose to include in your message. If you arrange a service, we may also need appointment, correspondence and invoicing information.
Our hosting provider may process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, requested pages and access times to deliver and secure the website. Please do not include payment card details, identity documents or sensitive personal information in the booking form.
How The Booking Form Works
When you submit the booking form, your details are sent securely to our website server and emailed to hello@mackinzedetailing.com. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and arrange the requested service. The website does not keep a separate booking database containing your full form entries.
Submitting a request does not reserve an appointment. Availability, service scope and price are confirmed personally. A successful website response means our mail server accepted the notification for delivery; it is not an appointment confirmation.
Why We Use Your Information
We use enquiry and appointment information to respond to your request, prepare a quote, arrange access and provide an agreed service. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract and performing a contract, where applicable (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
Where necessary, we process records to meet legal obligations such as accounting or responding to lawful requests (Article 6(1)(c)). We may use limited information to protect the website, prevent misuse and handle or defend claims, based on our legitimate interests in operating a secure business and protecting our rights (Article 6(1)(f)), balanced against your rights.
An appointment enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. If we ask for consent for a separate purpose, you can withdraw that consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Providers And External Services
Information may be handled by hosting and email providers supporting the website and our communications, and by professional advisers or authorities where necessary for legal obligations or claims. Access should be limited to what is needed for the relevant purpose. We do not sell your personal information.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which involves a connection to Google servers and the transmission of technical request information. Read Google’s privacy policy for its handling of that information.
If you choose WhatsApp, the link opens that external service. A prefilled message is not sent until you choose to send it. WhatsApp handles account and usage information under its own privacy policy. Our handling of messages we receive is covered by this policy.
External providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where we arrange a transfer subject to GDPR, appropriate safeguards are required, such as an adequacy decision or contractual safeguards. You can ask us about the providers and safeguards relevant to your enquiry.
How Long Information Is Kept
Enquiries are kept for the time needed to respond, follow up and arrange any requested service. Service and financial records may need to be retained for applicable accounting, tax or other legal obligations. Information relevant to a dispute may be kept while the matter is unresolved and for applicable claim periods.
When information is no longer needed for these purposes, it should be deleted or anonymised. Retention depends on the type of record, whether a service was arranged and any legal obligations. You can ask us about the retention of a specific enquiry.
Your Rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis.
Send requests to hello@mackinzedetailing.com. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. We will normally respond within one month; if an extension is permitted because of complexity or the number of requests, we will explain it within that period.
You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), or another competent supervisory authority. Further information is available on the AEPD’s rights page.
Your Choices And Security
Providing enquiry information is voluntary, but we need sufficient contact, vehicle and location details to respond and arrange a service. This website does not make automated decisions about bookings or prices and does not use profiling to approve appointment requests.
Only share information needed for your request. Email and messaging services have their own security settings, and no internet communication can be guaranteed completely secure. Contact us promptly if you believe information has been sent to the wrong recipient.
Cookies, Optional Analytics And Updates
With your consent, Mackinze uses Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to understand public website visits and successful booking requests and improve the website. It starts only after you choose Accept Analytics. Essential Only keeps Analytics off. Either choice leaves the booking form and essential website services available.
Analytics uses a browser identifier and information about page visits, general device and browser characteristics, approximate location, basic engagement and whether the website accepted a booking request. A successful request is an enquiry, not a confirmed appointment, sale or payment. Our analytics events contain no booking form answers or request references.
Our event code sends static page titles, canonical public page addresses and fixed event labels. Only approved campaign categories are retained. It does not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, vehicle details, service selections, preferred dates, locations, messages, form tokens or arbitrary URL text. Referrers are reduced to their public website origin; paths, queries, fragments and credentials are omitted. Local, reserved and recognised private hosts and application routes are excluded. Admin areas, booking endpoints, demos and review copies are excluded from Analytics.
Automatic enhanced measurement, Google Signals, user-provided data collection and advertising personalisation are disabled for this implementation. The website does not use advertising cookies or a marketing pixel.
The Google Analytics event-data retention setting is 2 months. The separate user-data retention setting is 14 months. It resets when a visitor returns with analytics enabled. Google’s standard aggregated reports are not governed by those retention settings and may remain available longer. Browser storage expiry is a separate setting, described in the Cookies Policy.
Analytics is not described as fully anonymous: browser identifiers and technical information can relate to a visitor. Google may process information outside your country. See Google’s privacy policy and information about sites that use Google services for details of its processing and safeguards; contact Mackinze about the arrangements relevant to this website.
You can withdraw consent at any time through Cookie Settings in the footer by choosing Essential Only. This stops subsequent analytics collection and removes this implementation’s analytics cookies. Withdrawal does not itself erase information already collected and does not affect earlier processing based on consent.

Booking Form Security
We use a hidden spam-detection field, short-lived signed form tokens and submission limits to protect the booking form. We process your connection IP address and email address to create keyed security hashes. The security record stores these hashes, request references and delivery status for up to 24 hours, with expired records removed on the next request. It does not store your full form entries. We rely on our legitimate interest in preventing abuse and maintaining website security. Hosting access and mail logs may be retained separately under the hosting provider’s policies. These checks do not use advertising trackers or third-party CAPTCHA services.
